Manager Production; joined full time work in 2004 is handling a gamut of daily activities to ensure seamless production and management of the organization. A key player in making paradigm shift in the company’s focus from the domestic market to the overseas market. He personally overseas export CRM and is also working in the R & D section with a keen interest in tooling development. Chetan Tandon

Manager- Business Development; joined full time in 2005, has been the catalyst in keeping Ashvin and CJR operations in tune with the latest in marketing and web related activities. Spearheads all decisions involving   creative aspects, inclusive of marketing campaigns and participation in fairs India & Abroad to tap new markets and escalate the revenue. His involvement in the Intermot Cologne show stands for the last 8 years has been the prime factor in ensuring successful participations. Owing to his technical background he is also heading the Quality System Management Section. He has been the MR for ensuring a smooth certification, maintenance and improvement of the ISO 9001:2008 standard since its inception at Ashvin. He is also keenly involved in the trading for exports and manufacturing activities of CJR.  He is a graduate in technology with specialization in Mechanical and a Maters’ in Business Administration with focus on Marketing. Jatin Tandon

Manager- Operations, joined in end of 2008 with a special focus on identifying possible improvement potential areas and executing improvement plans. He is involved in optimum utilization of resources by using various production planning and scheduling models. He is responsible for Domestic client relationship management. Owing to the management background, financial aspects of business are also supported by him under the guidance of the Managing Partner. He is also responsible for shop floor level execution and maintenance of the Quality Management System. He is a Bachelor of Business Studies (Finance) Graduate from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies (DU) and a Msc in Operations Management and Manufacturing Systems from University of Nottingham (UK).
